ADC Networks provide a range of computer services from advanced networking to simple user support. Each client experience is tailor made to suit the clients needs. As a general rule, we provide 3 services.


We provide a simple solution for those with a problem needing fixed. Calls can be made at any time and you will be charged our standard rate per 30 minutes.

Specific Contract

Sometimes you might have a specific need for IT support for a limited amount of time. For example, you might need a new server set up and installed. A quote can be provided depending on the work to be undertaken, following a free onsite survey if appropriate.

Regular Contract

Specifically for small companies, this will get you a technician on site on a regular basis for a fixed time (such as an hour a week). This allows all your small issues to be resolved in a timely manner. Too often, there is no justification for employing a full time person to look after the IT, but still, problems arise with the computers. They slow your work down, but you don't know who to call. If you have somebody onsite once a week, much needed maintenance can be done on a regular basis and, when you do need an emergency call, there is somebody who knows your systems. This can save a lot of time in a crisis.
